PURPOSE: An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a charge sharing phenomenon with increasing fill factor. CONSTITUTION: A readout circuit is formed in a first substrate. A wiring(150) is formed in the first interlayer insulation layer(160) with the readout circuit for connection. A second interlayer dielectric layer(162) is formed on the wiring. An image sensing device(210) comprises a first conductive layer on the second interlayer dielectric layer and a second conductor layer. A contact plug(230) interlinks the first conductor layer and the wiring.
