PURPOSE: A nanofiller using silicate and insulting material including nanofiller is provided with a decrease of a trapped space charge in the near fields and an increase of the conductivity, and a good effect of the DC breakdown electric pressure. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiller is composed of synthetic fluohectorite transformed by an organophilic layered silicate. The organophilic layered silicate operates on the exchange of a inter-layer sodium cation about a protonated octadecylamine NH3+. A insulating material is composed of the nanofiller. The insulating material is composed of an ethylene vinylacetate[EVA] or an isotactic polypropylene[iPP]. A nanocomposition insulation is provided as a DC application object for space charge, conductivity and electric breakdown which shows electric properties.
