PURPOSE: A glucose sensing composition containing nanofibrous membrane is provided to maintain sensitivity, selectivity, and stability to glucose. CONSTITUTION: A composition for sensing glucose contains a material obtained by dispersing nanofibrous membrane in a solvent. The nanofibrous membrane is obtained by electrospinning mixture of poly(vinyldenfluoride) and poly(aminophenylboronic acid). The ratio of poly(vinyldenfluoride) and poly(aminophenylboronic acid) is 90-99 wt% : 10-1 wt%. The solvent additionally contains additive. The solvent is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, dimethylformimide, diethyl ether, acetone, chloroform, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, methylethyl ketone, tetrahydro furan, toluene, benzene or xylene. A method for producing non-enzymetic glucose biosensor of nanofibrous base comprises: a step of preparing a nanofibrous membrane by electrospinning mixture of poly(vinyldenfluoride) and poly(aminophenylboronic acid); a step of dispersing nanofibrous membrane in the solvent to obtain glucose sensing composition; and a step of depositing the composition on an electrode.
