PURPOSE: A method for forming three dimensional floral patterns of bed covers is provided to improve decorative effects of the bed covers by fixing a plurality of decorated pieces on the fabric while matching the cover fabric on a sewing line. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming three dimensional floral patterns of bed covers includes the following step: indicating a pattern piece sewing line formed to a circle shape on cover fabric(1); preparing a plurality of unit fabrics after trimming an edge part of the fabric; making a pattern piece(3) of a fan shape; forming a sewing line on each decorative pieces; and fixing the sewing line on each pattern piece while matching the sewing line of the pattern piece on the sewing line of the fabric.
