PURPOSE: A press-fit system for parts of a machine is provided to optimize the number of processes by press-fitting the parts to bosses. CONSTITUTION: A press-fit system for parts of a machine comprises a supporting unit, a manipulator(100), and a press-fit unit. The supporting unit comprises a base frame(210) in which the machine parts are mounted and a supporting frame(220) which keeps a certain distance from the base frame. The manipulator grips and carries machine parts(310) to between the base frame and the supporting frame. The press-fit unit comprises a gripper(150) grasping the parts, a supporter(140), and an actuator(130) to regulate the total length including the gripper and the supporter. |
