摘要 PURPOSE: Conductive metal composite embroidery yarns for smart textiles and an embroidered circuit using the same are provided to improve durability and electric conductance with nonconductivity fiber textile and to offer embroidering processibility. CONSTITUTION: An embroidered circuit comprises conductive metal composite embroidery yarns and nonconductivity fiber textile. The conductive metal composite embroidery yarns are formed on the nonconductivity fiber textile to form the circuit. The nonconductivity fiber textile has monofilament as a warp thread or a weft thread. The weaving density of the warp and the weft threads is similar. The metal filament comprises silver, copper, and stainless steel.
