PURPOSE: An automatic power switch device is provided to update and verify based sequence related to the power switching operation by performing power line communication with the outside through a relay communication unit. CONSTITUTION: A switching unit electrically connects one of a commercial power input terminal pair and an emergency power input terminal pair to an output terminal pair in response to a switching control signal. If the commercial power is applied to the commercial power input terminal pair when the emergency power is supplied to the load, a switching determination unit(44) applies a switching control signal to a switching unit for supplying the commercial power without the delay. The switching determination operation of the switching determination unit is performed by a processing operation of a microprocessor. |
