摘要 PURPOSE: A transparent signboard and a power supplying method thereof are provided to lower a driving voltage by flickering emitting devices after selectively supplying a separate power source to a plurality of unit power supply parts, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of unit power supply parts is separately arranged in the task domain of the substrate(10) and includes a first power supply part(22a) and a second power supply part receiving the voltage of each different level. A transparent electrode includes a first conductive part(34) and a second conducive part(36). The first conducive part is connected to the first power supply part. The second conducive part is connected to the second power supply part. An emitting device(40) connects the first conducive part to the second conducive part. A controlling part selectively supplies a separate power to a plurality of unit power supply parts. The controlling part successively supplies a power to a plurality of unit power supply parts.
