SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve photoelectric transformation efficiency by reducing the reflectivity of the light. CONSTITUTION: The first anti-reflective layer(110) is arranged in the upper part of the semiconductor part(100). The second anti-reflection layer(120) is arranged on the upper part of the first anti-reflective layer. The first anti-reflective layer and the second anti-reflection layer are arranged on the top of the semiconductor part. The reflection caused from the outside to the semiconductor part of the light is restrained. Therefore, the reflection capacity of the solar battery is reduced.
