FOOD GARBAGE DISPOSER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A food waste processor and a control method thereof are provided to optimize a drying and a cutting processes of food waste by controlling operation of a food waste discharge controlling unit and an impeller based on the rates of time. CONSTITUTION: A food waste processor comprises the following: a cutting bracket(31) protruded to a food waste processing space; a housing; an impeller(33) equipping a blade(55,57); a food waste discharging control unit; and a heater(29). A control method of the food waste processor comprises the following: detecting the temperature of exhaust gas; detecting the temperature of the heater; controlling the heater; and adjusting the operation time and a rotation direction of the impeller.
