摘要 |
PURPOSE: A driving method of a plasma display panel is provided to prevent degradation of image quality due to a low discharge by improving the low discharge problem generated from a discharge cell. CONSTITUTION: A capacitive load is formed by an address electrode(A) formed to the direction in which a plurality of scan electrodes(Yn) and sustain electrodes cross. An address energy recovery circuit applies an address voltage(Va) to the address electrode using a resonance of the capacitive load and an inductor electrically connected to the address electrode. One of a scan voltage and a non-scan voltage is applied to each scan electrode line for an address period(Pa). An address signal by the address energy recovery circuit is applied when a scan signal is applied to a first scan electrode line(Y1). A scan signal(VscL) is applied to a second scan electrode line(Y2) near the first scan electrode line after applying the address signal.
