PURPOSE: An electric boiler device and a boiler system with the same are provided to reduce the heating time and save heating cost by employing thermal medium oil to heat a heating medium. CONSTITUTION: An electric boiler device(20) comprises a boiler body(21), a recovery pipe(25), and a heating unit(23). A heating medium(23a) used for heating passes through the recovery pipe. The recovery pipe passes through the boiler body. The heating unit is installed in the boiler body and heats the recovery pipe using steam to heat the heating medium.
