PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of frozen pizzas for a vending machine is provided to improve tastes of the frozen pizzas by removing an edge part of the frozen pizzas and to prevent sauce and topping from falling and separating. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of frozen pizzas includes the following step: kneading ingredients; dividing the kneaded ingredients to the constant size; aging the divided ingredients(S20); molding the aged ingredient to a square shape(S40); fermenting the molded ingredients(S45); turning over the dough after making bread; placing the source and the topping on the bread; cutting the bread; and wrapping the cut bread.
