PURPOSE: An apparatus for lifting a monitor is provided, which can reduce manufacture unit cost and noise occurrence by using a motor with small output. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for lifting a monitor comprises a guide bar(1) perpendicularly installed in both sides of a frame(10); a monitor supporting plate(2) in which the monitor(100) is fixed in the top; a gas spring(3) in which the monitor supporting plate is pushed upward and supported; a winding pulley installed in the lifting motor installed at the floor of frame; and a tow line(4) dropping the monitor.
