PURPOSE: An optical sheet and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to improve the light diffusion ratio and brightness regularity of light which is penetrated through a base film, and to improve display quality of the liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes the following: a base film(110) penetrating light which is transmitted from a light source; a first primer layer(120) which is positioned on the base film; and a protrusion part(130) which is positioned on the top of the first primer layer. An optical sheet comprises the base film and the protrusion part located on the base film.
