PURPOSE: An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the drop of a saturation and a sensitivity and minimize a dark current source by making a moving path between a photodiode and a readout circuit. CONSTITUTION: A readout circuit is formed on a first substrate. A wiring comprises a first wiring and a second wiring(150) to be electrically connected to the readout circuit. A first image sensor(210) is formed on the first wiring. A second image senor is formed on the first image sensor.
