PURPOSE: A spinal exercise device is provided to effectively correct an unbalanced bone of the body, and to utilize for a body stretching, a muscular relaxation, or a fatigue recovery by applying the device to a spine and pelvis. CONSTITUTION: A spinal exercise device comprises: a first bed(10) settled among a body of users from head to waist; a second bed(12) in which a pelvis is settled; a third bed(14) in which legs are settled; a fourth bed(16) in which ankles are settled, arranged to the respective interconnection; a supporting unit(20) formed in the lower side of the first and second bed and located to form a certain height from the surface of the ground; a movable unit(40) connected to the supporting unit in the lower side of the third bed; and a pelvis acupressure unit(50) in the upper side of the third bed to pressure the pelvis from both sides. The pelvis acupressure unit is guided by a guide rail(42) installed in both sides of the movable unit in diagonal for vertical sliding.
