PURPOSE: A composition containing medicinal herb extract for skin care or plastic surgery is provided to promote differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells to adipocytes and improve adipose. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting differentiation of adipocytes contains Crassirhizomae Rhizoma, Linderae Radix, Cinnamomum cassia, and Saphora flavescens extract as an active ingredient. The medicinal herb extract is obtained using organic solvent such as water and ethanol. The composition enhances adipose. The composition promotes differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells to adipocytes. The composition is used in the form of skin softener, nutrition lotion, massage cream, pack, gel, or skin viscosity type cosmetic product.
