PURPOSE: A hardener for soft ground improvement, a deep mixing process apparatus thereof, and a deep mixing method using the same provided, which can improve stirring efficiency of the slime by low speed rotation of an auger agitating blade. CONSTITUTION: A hardener for soft ground improvement comprises blast furnace slag 35-80wt.%, lime 35-50wt.%, sand or fine aggregate 10-120wt.%, and seawater 28-88wt.%. The deep mixing process apparatus comprises a blast furnace slag reservoir(100), a water tank(110), a sand or fine aggregate reservoir(120), a lime reservoir(130), a first mixer(140), a second mixer(150), a third mixing apparatus(160), a jet pump(170), an agitator, and an auger agitating blade(190). The auger agitating blade is formed of an injection path to spray hardener to the underground.
