The textile complex has an exterior layer (11) providing mechanical protection of the complex, and an intermediate layer in contact with cold-generating element and ensuring reduction wastage of cold towards the external environment. A third layer is in contact with the cold-generating element, and ensures thermal isolation between a human body and the cold generating element. An interior layer is in contact with the body, and ensures transferring of perspiration to the external environment, and a space for receiving the cold-generating element is formed between the layers. An independent claim is also included for a personal cooling equipment comprising a pocket for receiving a cold pack.
