The arrangement has a left lateral roller block (3) implanted below a left rear lateral parcel shelf (7) of a boot, where a body of the left roller block is placed in boot zone of a vehicle e.g. four door sedan type motor vehicle (1). An opening is formed in the left rear lateral parcel shelf and a right rear lateral parcel shelf of the boot to move a belt strap (5) from the left roller block and a right roller block. A soundproof element covers the right and left roller blocks and dampens sound.
