THE REGENERATING METHOD OF SCRAP CASTING SAND

PURPOSE: A recycling method of waste foundry sand is provided to increase the content of silicon dioxide to 93 ~ 95 weight% by removing metal pieces from the waste foundry sand after pulverizing and coarse breaking the waste foundry sand. CONSTITUTION: A recycling method of waste foundry sand comprises the following steps: preparing the waste foundry sand with a collecting process; pulverizing the prepared waste foundry sand; drying the pulverized waste foundry sand to make the waste foundry sand having the fixed amount of moisture; separating metal pieces from the waste foundry sand with magnetic force; pulverizing the separated waste foundry sand; and manufacturing the recycled foundry sand by separating the separated waste foundry sand according to the particle size.
