The method involves mixing an acrylic or polyurethane petrifying liquid and glass microbeads with grading between 70 and 110 microns for forming a smooth semi-liquid slurry using a steel tool. The slurry is poured at bottom of joints, which are entirely casted, to guide the microbeads toward bottom of the joints having width ranging from 100 microns to 5 mm. The mixture of the petrifying liquid and the glass microbeads is utilized for forming glass bead mortar that is not retreated during evaporation of a solvent.
