The structure (1) has a flat plastic support panel (2) comprising a front surface (4) extended vertically and opposite to a vertical surface (S) to be covered. The surface is covered by a cultivation substrate, where the substrate is formed by superimposition of an internal hydrophilic, geotextile, rot-proof and horticultural felt layer (6) and an external moss layer (8). The internal and external layers are covered with maintaining grids (7, 9).
