The block has a primary tile and a secondary tile juxtaposed with each other, where edges of the tiles are provided with interlocking units e.g. plates. One of the interlocking units presents a shape complementary to the other interlocking unit. The latter interlocking unit is conformed in a manner to cooperate with the former interlocking unit of one of the edges of the primary tile after turning the secondary tile. The former interlocking unit has male and female elements (7, 8) cooperating with male and female elements (10, 11) of the latter interlocking unit.
