PURPOSE: A medical syringe capable of changing an injection needle is provided, which can reduce cost and minimize waste of resources. CONSTITUTION: A medical syringe capable of changing an injection needle comprises a syringe housing(10) equipped in a form of the cylindrical cylinder; a piston(20) which is inserted and is pressurized to the front; a holder(30) in which a needle for exhaustion of the drug solution is detachable from the front-end of the syringe housing; and a drug solution capsule(40) in which a needle is projected from the inside of the syringe housing through a holder and is inserted into the syringe housing. According to the pressure of the piston, the drug solution is exhausted through the needle. In the needle, a hook is formed on the inner end to which the drug solution capsule is combined.
