<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with touch sensor, in which a user can know how much the change quantity of capacitance associated with the user's contact is in terms of threshold candidates. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device with a touch sensor includes a capacitance detection part which detects a change quantity of capacitance associated with the user's contact; an operation recognition part which recognizes that an operation is performed by the user when the detection result exceeds a preset sensitivity threshold; a threshold setting part which sets any one of a plurality of threshold candidates as the sensitivity threshold; a determination part which determines to which of areas separated by the adjacent threshold candidates the change quantity belongs to; and a determination result display part which displays a view according to the determination result on a display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
