<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system capable of quickly and accurately coping with an emergency situation by an emergency call by allowing a telephone compatible with a base station to participate in a group call. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication system has a first table, where a plurality of mobile devices 100-n are grouped and registered, and a second one, where the telephones 500-50N are associated with the base stations 1-N for registration.
