<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure having excellent conductivity between the electrode itself and a (external) connection terminal and more thermal stability than conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode structure includes a connection terminal 2 for electrically connecting an electrode 1A to a control equipment, and an ion liquid 3 is interposed between the electrode 1A and the connection terminal 2. The ion liquid 3 is a salt present as a liquid even at ordinary temperature, can be flow current and is small in the volume change at≤100°C.
