<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the maximum output amplitude large without increasing a consumption current. <P>SOLUTION: If a potential of a connection point P1 becomes smaller than a potential of an output terminal 32, a base potential of a sixth transistor 6 increases owing to an operation of a differential pair of seventh and eighth transistors 7, 8, a current flows to an emitter resistor 21 through the sixth transistor 6 from the output terminal 32. For this reason, a collector current required by a second transistor 2 can be made a small value, the second transistor 2 is difficult to saturate even when driven by a heavy load, and it becomes possible to keep the maximum output amplitude large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
