PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select and edit a target work sheet from a plurality of workbooks (files) by sorting and organizing respective work sheets in the plurality of workbooks (files).

SOLUTION: A work book selection part 201 selects the plurality of files created by spread sheet software etc. A work sheet reading part 202 reads each piece of work sheet information from the selected plurality of files. From each piece of read work sheet information, a list creation part 203 creates list information having a hierarchical structure wherein work sheet group information defining the class of the work sheet is disposed in the high-order hierarchy of the work sheet information. On the basis of the created list information, a list display part 204 list-displays information of each work sheet read from the plurality of files in the hierarchical structure.
