PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting sheet with a folded index capable of beginning from any page as a new item accounting sheet by providing the folded index on an edge part of a cover of the accounting sheet so as to any pages to use the index in common in order to avoid such bother that it takes a lot of labor hours as an index for one column is indispensably necessary for every page when the accounting sheet is carried forward to a next new page, and further by providing a folded index on an edge part of each page of the accounting sheet to use remaining accounting sheets to the end. SOLUTION: The accounting sheet with the folded index is prepared by providing the folded indexes (3) which are strong, thin, week in adhesion, and releasable, on the cover (1) and each of the page (2).
