PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and an apparatus for manufacturing multiple time bending piping, wherein the manufacturing efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the multiple time bending piping includes a first bending step, a twisting step and a second bending step. In the first bending step, a piping 9 to be joined which is joined so that piping 9a, 9b are in parallel to the longitudinal direction is bent. In the twisting step, the piping 9 to be joined is twisted by taking the bent part 9d of the piping 9 to be joined as a fixed end, which is bent in the first bending step.
