<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner for a hydraulic machine in which cavitation performance or water wheel performance is improved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this runner 1 of the hydraulic machine, when a runner blade 4 is projected to a plane orthogonal to a main shaft 9 at the outlet side, an angle between a second band side line segment L2b connecting a rotational center point Po and the intersection point P2b where the trailing edge 8 of the second blade 7 is intersected with a band 3, and a first band side line segment L1b connecting the rotational center point Po and the intersection point P1b where the trailing edge 6 of the first blade 5 is intersected with the band 3 is θ1. Also, an angle between a second crank side line segment L2a connecting a rotational center point Po and the intersection point P2a where the trailing edge 8 of the second blade 7 is intersected with a crank 2, and a first band side line segment L1a connecting the rotational center point Po to the intersection point P1a where the trailing edge 6 of the first blade 5 is intersected with the crank 2 is θ2.
