<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make securing of fixing of a conductor and reduction in a contact resistance in a conductor press-contact part compatible at a high level. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Nearly a first-half region of the conductor press-contact part 13 of the conductor in a state that a pair of caulking pieces 19 is erected from both right and left side-edges of a substrate 18 forms a contact resistance reduction part 20, while nearly a second-half region of the conductor press-contact part 13 with a conductor 31 forms a fixing force retaining part 21 which is in a recessed state compared with the contact resistance reduction part 20. In the contact resistance reduction part 20, since a tightening force against the conductor 31 is strong, the contact resistance against the conductor 31 is reduced. In the fixing force retaining part 21, since the tightening force against the conductor 31 does not become getting excessive, there is no possibility of breakage even if the conductor 31 is pulled back.
