<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressure wave generated in a pressure room from propagating to the other pressure room. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pressure room 10 is connected with a manifold flow path 11 through a connecting flow path formed by a through-hole 12, a throttling flow path 13, a pressure wave attenuation space 14 and a through-hole 15. The throttling flow path 13 extends in the scanning direction toward a nozzle 17 from the through-hole 12 communicating with the pressure room 10. As there exists an approximately ellipsoidal planar shape having a scanning direction as a longitudinal direction, a sectional area related to the orthogonal direction to the flow path axial direction is larger than the other parts of the connecting flow path. In addition, the throttling flow path 13 and the pressure wave attenuation space 14 are connected with end parts on the opposite sides of the through-hole 12 related to the scanning direction being their extending direction, and thereby, the connecting flow path has a bent shape at the connecting parts with the throttling flow path 13 and the pressure wave attenuation space 14.
