<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving transistor control circuit having a simpler structure for suppressing generation of switching noise. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Small-sized FETs 3 are connected in parallel with a FET 2, and a conduction control circuit 14 is constituted so as to turn on the FETs 3 first when the FET 2 is turned on, and to turn on the FETs 3 later when the FET 2 is turned off.
