<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-boil-over device which is an auxiliary cooking device for boiling noodles, given a twist which once collects countless small bubbles gushing from the bottom of a pan into a bubble pool, changes them to big bubbles and blows them swiftly and prevents boil-over when boiling noodles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the lower part of a domed body touching the bottom of a pan, a plurality of dents called "naburi" are formed for improving convection current of hot water, countless small bubbles gushing from the bottom of the pan are collected in the inner wall ceiling part, a bubble pool is set up and the anti-boil-over device is characterized by having a plurality of through-holes for enlarging and emitting the bubbles under it.
