PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs, to miniaturize a device and to improve reliability by a new constitution for easily constituting piping and a connecting structure. SOLUTION: This pressure releasing device 100 includes a flow channel 100L for supplying fluid from a primary side to a secondary side, a movable body constituting a circulation hole 121a along the flow channel, and having movable sections 121b, 122 disposed movably in the flow channel direction in the flow channel by the force generated on the basis of the fluid pressure difference between the primary side and the secondary side, and a valve element section 121c interlocking with the movable sections, and an air releasing opening 103a formed on the flow channel in opposition to the valve element section, so that it is opened by separation of the valve element section when the movable sections are disposed at the primary side, and closed by the valve element section when the movable sections are disposed at the secondary side.
