The assembly has an electric motor (10) with a shaft (18), and a reduction gear (11) with an input shaft (15), where the shafts are united for forming a single rigid shaft (26) mounted in bearings (27-29). The reduction gear has a case (14) connected to a case (21) of the motor by elastic fixation devices (30, 31) to pivot the case (21) with respect to the case (14) around an axis perpendicular to the shaft (26) and orthogonal to an action line of a wear compensating device of the reduction gear.
