<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating film excellent in slidability and flame retardancy, and a flat cable provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: This flat cable 1 is provided with a plurality of conductors 2, and insulating films 3 comprising the first and second adhesive layers 4, 9, a resin film 5, an anchor coating layer 7 and a flame retardant layer 8 and for covering both faces of the conductors 2. The flame retardant layer contains, as an essential component, a resin composition comprising a polypropylene resin having 900-2,900 MPa of bending elastic modulus measured based on JISK7171. The flame retardant layer contains 60 pts.wt. or more to 240 pts.wt. or less of flame retardancy imparting agent per 100 pts.wt. of the resin composition comprising the polypropylene resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
