<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an extra-fine coaxial cable assembly, which can shorten a manufacturing time and can make bending-resistant characteristics uniform for every product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an extra-fine coaxial cable assembly comprises: a step where both terminals 3a, 3b are lined up by arranging a plurality of extra-fine coaxial cables 3 in parallel, a structure 5 in which a first connection section 4a is arranged on one terminal 3a and a second connection section 4b is arranged on the other terminal 3b and a flexible tubular body 1 are prepared, and a jig 2 is inserted to a hollow section 1b of the tubular body 1 from one opening 1c in order to widen the hollow section 1b so as to make its diameter large; a step of inserting the structure 5 into the hollow section 1b from one opening 1c of the hollow section 1b to the other opening 1d so as to make the extra-fine coaxial cable 3 pass through the hollow section 1b while retaining a widening state of the diameter of the hollow section 1b; and a step of making use of contraction of the tubular body 1 when the jig 2 is removed from the hollow section 1b and coating the extra-fine coaxial cable 3 by the tubular body 1 so as to expose the first connection section 4a and the second connection section 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
