PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for foaming, which provides sufficient foamability and good appearance of a molded product.

SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition for foaming contains: 10 to 40 wt.% of a partially or completely crosslinked ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A); 3 to 33 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B); 10 to 40 wt.% of isotactic polypropylene (C) having a melting point of 40-170°C measured by DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry); 10 to 45 wt.% of a softening agent (D) for rubber; and 1 to 20 wt.% of a specified syndiotactic alpha-olefin copolymer (E) (wherein the total of the components (A) to (E) is 100 wt.%).
