<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissection device having low invasiveness to a biological sample such as cells, etc., and a dissection method. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic dissection device generates a sound flow in a solution containing a plurality of biological objects spread on a flat carrier by a converged ultrasonic wave and thereby relatively removes a target biological object from other biological objects and includes an ultrasonic wave generation unit, an ultrasonic wave convergence unit that converges the ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasonic wave generation unit on a boundary part between the target biological object and the other biological objects and a controller that controls the ultrasonic wave generation unit so as to generate a sound flow having a convergence spot diameter effective for making the ultrasonic wave converged by the ultrasonic wave convergence unit relatively separate the target biological object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
