发明名称 METHOD FOR SUPPORTING DESIGN OF FORGING PROCESS
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting a design with which the decision of a working condition (at least one side of a cross sectional shape of a work-piece for forging and setting position of the work-piece in a forging die) enable to restrain the wear of the forging die, is supported. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The design supporting method at first simulates a deforming process of the work-piece during forging by giving the initial values to the cross sectional shape and the setting position of the work-piece. Depending on the simulation, a moving distance of a strain speed zero point in the inner part of the work-piece in the deformation process is estimated. The working condition is corrected so that estimated moving distance becomes short. Depending on shortage of the moving distance of the strain speed zero point, a horizontal directional load applied to the work-piece during the forging-work becomes small.
