PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection circuit board which enables a secondary battery not be able to charge and discharge by specifying a part where a current path is interrupted when a load is applied to a part or all of the board, and to provide a battery pack provided with the protective circuit board. SOLUTION: A negative electrode terminal 3 is formed on a lid 22 of a battery 2, a board holder 6 is formed on the bottom surface by molding a lead mounting plate 10 and a lead 8 with resin. A mold part 72 is formed on the back of a board 71 of a protection circuit board 7 by molding the protection circuit with resin. A rectangular recess 6b is formed on the surface of the board holder 6, and a rectangular notch 91 is formed on the surface of the mold part 72. The protection circuit board 7 is arranged to the board holder 6 such that the notch 91 faces the recess 6b. When a load is applied to the board 1, cracks are generated from the notch 91 to the mold part 72 and a wire inside the notch 91 is cut. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
