PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage inner pressure regulating device that eliminates negative pressure inside a low temperature storage. SOLUTION: This storage inner pressure regulating device is equipped with: a first member 82 including a through-hole 21a, 22a penetrating from a storage outer side to a storage inner side of a heat insulating wall configuring a heat insulating box body 2, a first barrel part 82c having a female screw 82b, and a first collar part 82a provided at one end of the first barrel part 82c, wherein the first barrel part 82c is inserted from either one of the storage outer side and the storage inner side of the through-hole 21a, 22a, and the first collar part 82a abuts on one side of a wall face of the heat insulating wall; a second member including a second barrel part 81c having a male screw 81b, and a second collar part 81a provided at one end of the second barrel part 81c, wherein the second barrel part 81c is inserted from the other side of the through-hole 21a, 22a, and the male screw is screwed with the female screw to thereby bring the second collar part 81a in abutment with the other side of the wall face, and the second member forms a storage inner pressure regulating passage with the first member between each of the wall faces; and an attachable/detachable third member 83 including a plug part 83f inserted into the storage inner pressure regulating passage from the wall face of the heat insulating wall on the storage outer side, wherein the third member 83 opens or closes the storage inner pressure regulating passage.
