<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for greening wall-surface set up on the obverse side of the wall of a building or a construction to green the obverse side of the wall, fully satisfactory with the strength, and free from extreme strength degradation due to aged deterioration in particular, while the advantage of the material comprising palm fibers having good water holding properties, favorable in climbing properties of vine plants, suitable for growth of the vine plants, and not spoiling the scenery of a construction place.
