<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug connector assembly capable of stably obtaining inserting force, whichever part of a pressing surface of a control member is pressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The plug connector assembly P has a housing 100 having a body 110, a central plug part 120 extending from the body to the fitting side and a plurality of leg parts 130 respectively extending to the fitting side in the height direction from a plurality of places among an annular part for surrounding the central plug part in the body, and a control member 200 having a plate-like operation member 210 and a plurality of guide members 220 extending to the fitting side in substantially parallel from the operation member, and is constituted so that an outward projected hooking part 131 is arranged outside an fitting side end part of the leg parts, and when the hooking part is pressed toward the central plug part, the hooking part is displaced so as to approach the central plug part, and when the hooking part is pulled to the fitting side, displacement of approaching the central plug part of the hooking part is restrained.
