A method, a system and a device for interactive information transmission are disclosed. The method for interactive information transmission is used for performing interactive information transmission in the IP Multimedia Subsystem based Internet Protocol Television (IMS Based IPTV) system, and includes: receiving interactive information parameters transmitted by a service control device; obtaining interactive information from an interactive information providing device, analyzing and displaying the interactive information according to the template information included in the interactive information parameters. The present invention enables interactive service triggering and transmission, and the interactive information receiving device can analyze and display diversified interactive information according to the template format provided in the interactive information parameters.
